"Booked two rooms and stayed twice, once at the beginning and once at the end of our trip. The breakfast was amazing and on our last day, we had to check out at 4:30am so couldn't have breakfast (starts at 6am). When we told reception this, they offered us takeout. It was a tasty sandwich, yogurt, and bottle of water (or coffee). One thing to note is that every room is different. We stayed in four different Standard Twin Rooms over the course of our two stays, and each size and layout was different. One was huge while another was tiny. I've attached photos of two rooms. On our first stay, they collected 20,000 tugriks deposit per room card which they returned to us at check out. But they didn't collect it the second time. Submitting this review twice as we stayed twice."

"The room was very clean. However, probably due to recent renovations, some electrical outlet covers were missing, which could be a safety hazard. The ventilation in the non-air-conditioned room was poor; I hope more exhaust fans will be added. Also, the fan provided in the room had very weak airflow, which needs improvement."

"The room is clean, however the service need some improvement. The staff seems don’t know English very well. We asked to borrow umbrella when it was raining and they said they don’t have. But another day we saw other guest can borrow umbrella? I also asked the staff why there was closed of gym room on Saturday and he told me that “I don’t know”. If they claimed it was a 5-star hotel, then the value for money is not worth it."

"This was a place where I could see a meadow view. My flight was delayed, so I only stayed a short while, but it was a great spot to rest. In particular, the owner was incredibly kind. They asked about my flight time and even personally drove me to the airport, which I really appreciated. See you next time! ^^"

The hotel is also very well-located, just a 10-minute walk from Central Square and close to major commercial areas like the Shangri-La."

"I stayed there with my toddler. This was our second visit, as we chose it for a staycation escape from the long winter. The rooms did not have air purifiers or humidifiers, which made the air extremely dry. Both my child and I experienced constant static in our hair throughout our stay. We also suffered from dry nasal congestion, including blood streaks in the mucus. Another factor that may have contributed to the dryness was the carpeting. The carpets did not appear clean, as winter snow and mud had left visible footprints."

"Nice and brand new hotel Terelj National Park. Rooms are comfortable but the toilets are a little weird as the shower heads are fixed and there is no where to put your amenities when you are showering. But otherwise, can’t complain and the stay was comfortable."

"About a ten minute walk from the main square. The hotel is comfortable, modern. It adjoins a large shopping centre, there is also a 24 hour mini-mart next door too. Front desk staff all speak good English, however they are a little bit lacking in knowledge about transport options for getting to the airport etc. The floor tiles in my bathroom were broken and consequently the floor felt a bit unstable. Overall though I felt relaxed and comfortable during my stay."
